New York City Meet-up

We’re lucky to be located at Stony Brook University, so near many of New York’s cryoEM resources! It’s exciting when our friends and old colleagues come visit - well, come to do science and coincidentally see us. My old labmate came to the New York Structural Biology Center, as part of the National Center for CryoEM Access and Training (NCCAT) initiative. I was able to go into the city and see her - the LIRR train trip was super easy. We had dinner, nerded out in the science book section at The Strand, and of course plotted our next steps in a paper we’re working on together!
